My Story
My story is a little different than most….In July 2011 I was browsing Facebook and came across a give-away for Scentsy, at this point I never heard of Scentsy. What caught my eye was the description of the scent Havana Cabana. I am a true lover of Hawaiian scents..and this sounded absolutely perfect. As I began to look into Scentsy I decided that it would be beneficial to become a consultant. What did I have to lose, you pay $99 and get more than $200 in products. If I decided I no longer wished to sell Scentsy I still got to keep the product...So that’s what I did. When the kit got to my house I was so excited..It was like Christmas..I instantly plugged the warmer in and enjoyed wonderful aroma of Welcome Home as it filled my house..I was amazed as I continued to look at all of the items included in the startup kit. At this point I was hooked.. The next day I was so excited about the product, I came to work and told everyone about it..(They had no idea what I was talking about..LOL)so the next day I brought all of the scent samples that came with the kit to work and we all had a blast smelling them.. My co-works were so intrigued so they placed an order to see what it was all about..and guess what..just like me..they were hooked.. I purchased a small plug-in warmer for the office at work and put the Happy Birthday scent in..I never imagined how many people would come to my desk asking about it.. The product seriously sold itself! Then, something happened that I didn't expect. I started to see the magic of Scentsy. It began when a co-worker said she would like to have a party. I was shocked to see that her party came in at $1,600. Maybe there was something different about this Scentsy thing. I already knew that my sales had come easy, I didn't really even “sell”. I just showed people the product, and it sold itself! So, I had a little change of plans. Then came my next “goal”. The company was giving away an all expense paid incentive trip to Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. During the next three months, I worked Scentsy with the focus on earning that trip. What I wasn't expecting, was that I would earn company awards along the way. Not only did I sponsor 3 team members, promote to Star Consultant, and earn the trip, but I earned two monthly awards as well... I couldn't believe that we were headed to Punta Cana, for free! Scentsy is a blessing that can turn your dreams into reality. The Scentsy business opportunity is still in its infancy, and will be an amazing blessing to anyone who sees the potential and decides to run with it. All it takes is faith ~ that opportunity does still exist, and ambition ~ the willingness to work for something. You can achieve results beyond your wildest expectations.
